Well i want to start commissioning people more so i made a proper ref for Rai.
Just to be clear and avoid any confusion, Rai is NOT my sona and also hes NOT entirely my original character. He is very heavily based on the character Todoroki Raichi (from Daiya no Ace) and I dont mean for people to think he is my original character. Essentially he is just a monkey version of that character.
I started drawing him as fanart for fun but got way too attached. I also feel like my monkey Rai has changed a little bit from the character he was originally based on, and his personality is a bit different. Appearance-wise he isnt identical but key features like his scar and his baseball aesthetic make me reluctant to try and pass him off as my own. I still consider it half-fanart whenever I doodle him.
